Wir bei exsos entwickeln und bauen Pflegeimmobilien aus Massivholz – deutschlandweit. Klingt erstmal nach Bau? Ist es auch. Aber hinter jedem Projekt steckt saubere, verlässliche Finanzarbeit. Ohne dich läuft hier gar nichts.

Wenn du Lust hast, Buchhaltung nicht nur abzuwickeln, sondern aktiv mitzugestalten, bist du bei uns richtig.

Deine Rolle bei uns:

Du übernimmst das Tagesgeschäft in der Buchhaltung und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass alles sauber läuft – von der Buchung bis zum Abschluss. Dabei bist du kein Einzelkämpfer. Du wirst Teil eines kleinen, eingespielten Teams, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt, Wissen teilt und Verantwortung gemeinsam trägt. Bei Fragen oder Herausforderungen steht immer jemand an deiner Seite – denn wir sind überzeugt, dass die besten Lösungen gemeinsam entstehen.

Konkret heißt das:

  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung (RIB 4.0)
  • Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Kontenabstimmung und Klärung von Differenzen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater und Prüfern
  • Mitwirkung im Mahnwesen und bei externen Meldungen
  • Unterstützung in der Liquiditätsplanung und bei Auswertungen

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Wichtig ist uns vor allem: Du weißt, was du tust – und arbeitest gerne sauber.

Du passt zu uns, wenn du:

  • eine kaufmännische Ausbildung + Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter) hast, Steuerfachangestellte:r bist oder ein Studium im Bereich BWL/Steuern mitbringst
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung hast (idealerweise im Bau- oder Projektumfeld)
  • mit ERP-Systemen arbeitest (RIB 4.0 ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss)
  • strukturiert, zuverlässig und genau arbeitest
  • gerne im Team bist, aber auch eigenständig klarkommst
  • Deutsch: mindestens C1 (weil wir viel abstimmen und dokumentieren)
