Unser Planungsteam freut sich auf Unterstützung durch einen/eine engagierte/n TGA-Planer (m/w/d).

Rahmenbedingungen:

Standort: Gustav- Weißkopf- Straße 5, Erfurt Eintritt: ab sofort oder nach Absprache Vertragsart: unbefristet, Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Koordination unserer Bauprojekte im Fachbereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär (HLKS) – von der Entwurfsphase bis zur Übergabe
  • Projektbearbeitung LPH 1–8 nach HOAI
  • Erstellen der Ausführungsplanung im Bereich HLKS
  • Erstellen eines BIM-fähigen 3D-Modells
  • Erstellen von Montageplanungen
  • Zielorientierte Steuerung interner und externer Fachpartner
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards sowie regelmäßige Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der internen exsos Bau- und Fachbauleitung
  • Erstellung von Kostenberechnungen sowie Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Teilnahme am Vergabeprozess

Das bringst du mit – fachlich und menschlich:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik / TGA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der HLKS‑Planung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD 3D, idealerweise DDS‑CAD
  • Gute MS‑Office‑Skills
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und hohe Genauigkeit
  • Motivation, Engagement und echte Freude an deiner Profession
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (z. B. C1)
