Du hast bereits zahlreiche Bauprojekte erfolgreich verantwortet und fühlst dich auf der Baustelle genauso zuhause wie im Austausch mit Nachunternehmern, Bauherren und Projektbeteiligten? Du suchst eine Position, in der du von Beginn an Verantwortung übernehmen und dein Know-how unmittelbar einbringen kannst?

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung unserer schlüsselfertigen Pflegeimmobilien in moderner Massivholzbauweise
  • Steuerung und Überwachung sämtlicher Bauabläufe hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Koordination und Führung von Nachunternehmern sowie aller am Bau beteiligten Gewerke
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von VOB, Arbeitsschutz- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Selbstständige Projektsteuerung von der Baustelleneinrichtung bis zur Übergabe
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Planer, Behörden und Nachunternehmer vor Ort

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker oder Meisterabschluss im Bauwesen
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Bauleitung schlüsselfertiger Hochbauprojekte
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Steuerung komplexer Bauvorhaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Anforderungen der VOB sowie den relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Fähigkeit, Projekte von Beginn an eigenständig zu übernehmen und verantwortungsvoll zu führen
  • Ausgeprägte Entscheidungsstärke, Organisationsvermögen und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, perspektivisch auch Bauprojekte außerhalb Thüringens eigenverantwortlich zu begleiten und bundesweit tätig zu sein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C2)
  • Erfahrung mit bauspezifischer Software und MS Office
  • Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in RIB iTWO
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich Pflege-, Sozialimmobilien oder Holzbau
  • Führungserfahrung als Oberbauleitung ist ein Plus

Diese Position richtet sich an Bauleiterinnen und Bauleiter mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Abwicklung schlüsselfertiger Hochbauprojekte.
