Misión del cargo:

Brindar soporte legal integral al Socio Senior en la atención de clientes asignados, garantizando una asesoría jurídica oportuna, rigurosa y alineada con los estándares de excelencia de la firma. Aportar valor en temas de derecho corporativo, con proactividad y enfoque a resultados.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Derecho.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de asesoría legal en derecho corporativo (societario, mercantil, laboral, contratación, etc.)

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Derecho societario: Constitución, reformas estatutarias, juntas, aumentos de capital, disolución y liquidación de compañías.

- Derecho mercantil: Contratos civiles y comerciales, títulos valores, negociación y cumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales.

- Redacción jurídica: Elaboración clara, precisa y estructurada de documentos legales, contratos y opiniones legales.

- Análisis normativo: Capacidad para interpretar y aplicar la legislación ecuatoriana vigente.

- Gestión de clientes: Capacidad para entender, priorizar y atender requerimientos legales con enfoque práctico y orientado al cliente.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Asumir la asesoría jurídica de clientes del Socio Senior desde el inicio

- Participar activamente en otros proyectos de la Firma

- Promover nuevos negocios y oportunidades comerciales para la Firma

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad en los entregables legales

- Mantener una relación fluida y profesional con otros abogados/as de la red nacional

- Actividades encomendadas por el Socio Senior
