Misión del cargo:

Apoyar al área comercial mediante la administración, depuración, seguimiento y análisis de la información de clientes y prospectos, asegurando la trazabilidad de los datos y la generación de reportes confiables que faciliten la toma de decisiones comerciales.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Economía o afines.

Experiencia:

De 1 a 3 años en análisis de datos comerciales, soporte a áreas comerciales o roles similares de analista comercial.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Competencias:

- Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados

- Organización y rigurosidad

- Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva

- Proactividad operativa

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Gestión y análisis de bases de datos comerciales.

- Requisito: manejo de Python y/o SQL, DAX (deseable)

- Manejo de CRM y seguimiento de pipeline.

- Construcción de reportes comerciales y proyecciones.

- Orden documental y trazabilidad digital.

- Visualización de datos (dashboards).

- Manejo de KPIs comerciales.

- Microsoft Excel (nivel intermedio/avanzado): tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, filtros, segmentaciones, manejo de bases de datos.

- Power BI: creación y actualización de paneles de control.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Gestionar, actualizar y depurar la base de datos de clientes y prospectos en el CRM.

- Realizar seguimiento permanente a prospectos, oportunidades y estados del pipeline comercial.

- Elaborar reportes de ventas, proyecciones comerciales y seguimiento de indicadores.

- Diseñar y mantener dashboards de desempeño comercial en Power BI.

- Apoyar la ejecución, control y orden de las actividades operativas del área comercial.

- Coordinar con el área técnica la información requerida para la elaboración de estudios y propuestas.

- Garantizar el orden, trazabilidad y respaldo de la información en plataformas digitales.

- Apoyar en la elaboración de ofertas, contratos y presentaciones comerciales.
