Misión del cargo:

Responsable de analizar datos de ventas, comportamiento del cliente y rendimiento del negocio para generar insights que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Estadística o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

1 años en cargos similares.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Ingles (Básico-intermedio)

- Microsoft Office: Nivel intermedio, especialmente en Excel (manejo de tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, Power Pivot).

- Business Intelligence (BI): Experiencia comprobada en el manejo de herramientas de BI como Power BI, Tableau o Qlik Sense para la creación y automatización de dashboards.

- SAP: Conocimiento y manejo fluido de SAP Logon 800. Se valorará experiencia en módulos como SD (Ventas y Distribución) o MM (Gestión de Materiales).

- Experiencia en roles de servicio al cliente B2C.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Análisis de Datos y Reporting:Extraer, procesar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos desde SAP (Logon 800) y otras fuentes para identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades de mejora.

- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards e informes interactivos en herramientas de BI (como Power BI) para visualizar KPIs clave y facilitar el seguimiento del rendimiento.

- Registrar en la base de datos información de pedidos, facturación y cobranza.

- Supervisar los pagos de los clientes, incluida la contabilización en la cuenta bancaria.

- Responder a las preguntas de los clientes sobre sus pedidos.

- Actualizar cualquier información nueva relativa a las cuentas de los clientes.

- Realizar un seguimiento puntual de los pagos rechazados o interrumpidos.

- Generar informes semanales precisos sobre las actividades de facturación para su revisión por parte de ventas.

- Enviar recordatorios de pagos y contactar con los clientes cuando se le asignen.

- Manejar quejas y sugerencias por parte de los clientes.
