Coordinar con gerencias y ejecutar las estrategias de marketing a nivel nacional de las líneas comerciales de la empresa

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Marketing, Comunicación o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias específicas para la promoción de servicios de extracción y criopreservación de células madre y análisis genómicos.

- Identificar oportunidades de mercado y definir el posicionamiento de las líneas de negocio.

- Planificar, implementar y supervisar campañas en medios digitales y tradicionales.

- Medir el impacto de las campañas y realizar ajustes para maximizar el alcance y la conversión.

- Realizar estudios de mercado para comprender tendencias, necesidades de los clientes y movimientos de la competencia.

- Proponer mejoras o nuevos servicios basados en los hallazgos.

- Colaborar con los equipos de ventas, investigación y desarrollo para alinear estrategias y objetivos.

- Gestionar la relación con agencias de publicidad y proveedores de marketing.

- Desarrollar y mantener la identidad de marca para ambas líneas de negocio, asegurando la coherencia en todos los canales.

- Supervisar el diseño y la implementación de materiales promocionales.

- Crear contenido educativo y de valor para clientes potenciales y actuales (blogs, videos, infografías, etc.).

- Participar en la planificación de eventos educativos o ferias relacionadas con células madre y genómica.

- Administrar el presupuesto asignado para las actividades de marketing, asegurando un uso eficiente de los recursos.

- Definir indicadores clave de desempeño (kpis) y preparar informes regulares sobre el rendimiento de las campañas y estrategias.

- Proponer e implementar nuevas herramientas o tecnologías de marketing para mejorar la efectividad de las campañas.

- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en marketing digital, biotecnología y genómica.
