Misión del cargo:

Gestionar las labores de Recursos Humanos, selección, desarrollo de personal y cumplimientos normativos del área.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Psicología Organizacional, Ingeniería en Talento Humano y/o Administración de Empresas.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados a RRHH

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Sistemas y Subsistemas de Talento Humano.

- Procesos y Procedimientos de Talento Humano.

- Gestión por Competencias.

- Código laboral.

- Paquete de Office Intermedio.

- Nómina.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Experto en Selección por competencias de personal en cargos operativos, mandos medios y altos.

- Realizar Head-hunter y levantar una base de datos por cargos.

- Manejo pruebas de personalidad, psicotécnicas y psicométricas.

- Apoyo en la organización de Capacitaciones.

- Manejo y archivo de novedades de nómina.

- Cálculo y manejo de los archivos de horas extras, permisos y vacaciones.

- Cálculo de Finiquitos.

- Seguimiento a las evaluaciones del desempeño 30, 60, 90 días y un año.

- Manejo de páginas del IESS, Ministerio de Trabajo, SUPA

- Manejo del Archivo del Área.

- Apoyo en el desarrollo organizacional.

- Recepción de documentos y realización de carpeta de ingreso de nuevo personal

- Ingreso de nuevo personal al sistema Quickbooks de nómina.

- Contratos de trabajo y acuerdo de confidencialidad.

- Legalización de finiquitos en el SUT.

- Y demás funciones designadas por su jefe inmediato.
