Misión del cargo:

Administrar los procesos operativos de Talento Humano, garantizando la correcta ejecución de nómina, administración de personal, cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, seguridad y salud ocupacional y gestión documental, brindando soporte tanto a las operaciones de la empresa como al área contable para asegurar el adecuado funcionamiento de los proyectos.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 – 3 años en posiciones similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Administración de nómina.

- Legislación laboral ecuatoriana.

- Código del Trabajo.

- Manejo del IESS (afiliaciones, avisos de entrada y salida, subsidios, accidentes laborales, fondos de reserva, préstamos, etc.).

- Manejo de trámites ante el Ministerio del Trabajo.

- Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.

- Programación y distribución de personal por obras.

- Control de asistencia, horas extras y pagos semanales.

- Administración de expedientes laborales.

- Registro y control de capacitaciones obligatorias.

- Control de certificados para trabajos en altura.

- Gestión de uniformes y EPP.

- Control de exámenes pre ocupacionales y ocupacionales.

- Excel intermedio.

- Manejo de sistemas de nómina o ERP (deseable).

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Gestionar los procesos administrativos de ingreso y salida de colaboradores.

- Mantener actualizados los expedientes laborales.

- Coordinar la distribución del personal en los diferentes proyectos de la empresa.

- Llevar el control de asistencia y novedades del personal.

- Elaborar y controlar la nómina semanal y mensual.

- Registrar horas extras, descuentos y demás novedades.

- Brindar soporte al área contable en procesos relacionados con remuneraciones.

- Verificar el correcto cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales.

- Relaciones laborales

- Gestionar trámites ante el IESS y Ministerio del Trabajo.

- Elaborar actas de finiquito.

- Dar seguimiento a accidentes laborales.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente.

- Coordinar capacitaciones obligatorias para el personal técnico.

- Mantener actualizados los certificados exigidos por los organismos de control.

- Gestionar exámenes pre ocupacionales y ocupacionales.

- Llevar el control de uniformes y equipos de protección personal.

- Coordinar la asignación del personal a las diferentes obras.

- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento documental requerido para el ingreso a proyectos.

- Participar en la implementación del nuevo sistema automatizado de gestión administrativa.
