Misión del cargo:

Liderar la preparación, análisis y suministro de información financiera clave para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio, con un enfoque especial en el modelo de ventas a crédito.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Contabilidad y Finanzas, o Economía.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años en cargos similares y lectura de estados financieros. (deseable 5 años)

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Análisis financiero estratégico

- Visión integral de negocio

- Organización y gestión del tiempo

- Comunicación efectiva

- Pensamiento crítico

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de herramientas financieras como Excel avanzado, sistemas contables y/o ERP. Análisis de datos. De preferencia experiencia en ODOO (ERP).

- Modelación financiera y proyecciones de flujo de caja

- Políticas de crédito y evaluación de riesgo crediticio

- Elaboración de estados financieros y optimización de planes de cuentas.

- Reportes gerenciales y presentación ejecutiva de resultados e indicadores financieros (margen, rotación de cartera, DSO, liquidez, EBITDA, etc.)

- Conocimiento en gestión de flujo de caja, presupuestos y tesorería, gestión de cartera y cobranza

- Experiencia en empresas con estructura de grupo o visión corporativa (deseable)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Analizar la cartera de crédito actual (más de $1MM) y establecer indicadores de monitoreo.

- Diseñar e implementar políticas de evaluación crediticia y asignación de cupos.

- Evaluar la situación financiera de clientes (ingresos, endeudamiento, comportamiento de pago).

- Generar reportes financieros periódicos para la gerencia con análisis de liquidez, mora, rotación de cartera y rentabilidad del negocio a crédito (Dashboards financieros)

- Establecer alertas de riesgo crediticio y mecanismos de mitigación.

- Proyectar el flujo de caja del negocio en función de los créditos otorgados y condiciones de cobro.

- Implementar y monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño financiero (KPI).

- Proponer mejoras en los procesos de cobranza y gestión de cartera.

- Participar en reuniones con los dueños para sustentar decisiones financieras con base en datos.

- Coordinar con otras áreas para asegurar coherencia entre las políticas financieras y la operación comercial.
