Misión del cargo:

Apoyar la gestión integral de operaciones de financiamiento, factoring, trade finance y supply chain finance, analizando financieramente a cedentes y deudores, monitoreando riesgos, controlando tesorería y conciliaciones, administrando información en plataformas operativas, revisando documentación contractual, apoyando el cálculo del Net Asset Value (NAV), y preparando reportes internos y financieros para la administración del fondo.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Economía, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínima 2 a 4 años en áreas relacionadas

Lugar de trabajo: Guayaquil

Competencias:

- Capacidad analítica y criterio de riesgo

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Análisis de estados financieros

- Evaluación de riesgo crediticio

- Factoring, trade finance, supply chain finance o crédito privado

- Control de contratos y documentación financiera (Factoring Agreements, Promissory Notes, NOA, Repurchase Agreements, Corporate Guarantees, entre otros)

- Excel avanzado

- Cálculo de discount fees, default fees, saldos pendientes, aging y proyecciones de cobro

- Conocimiento básico o intermedio de NAV, conciliaciones y reportes financieros

- Control de tesorería, flujos de fondos y conciliaciones bancarias

- Manejo de plataformas operativas, sistemas de cartera o herramientas de reporting

- inglés avanzado profesional (oral y escrito)

Deseable: QuickBooks, sistemas contables o plataformas similares

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Analizar estados financieros de cedentes, deudores y contrapartes relevantes.

- Evaluar liquidez, endeudamiento, capacidad de pago, rotación de cartera, márgenes y comportamiento histórico.

- Preparar resúmenes de riesgo financiero e identificar señales tempranas de deterioro crediticio.

- Monitorear concentración por cedente, deudor, sector, país, vencimiento y exposición.

- Apoyar la evaluación previa de nuevas operaciones y renovaciones de líneas.

- Dar seguimiento a operaciones activas de factoring, trade finance, supply chain finance y estructuras relacionadas.

- Controlar vencimientos, pagos recibidos, pagos parciales, extensiones, atrasos y saldos pendientes.

- Validar la consistencia entre contratos, plataforma, estados bancarios, reportes internos y registros contables.

- Preparar aging reports, reportes de cobranza, reportes de exposición y análisis de concentración.

- Apoyar el control de riesgo operativo, financiero, documental, contractual y de cobranza.

- Identificar defaults, desviaciones de pago o incumplimientos contractuales, preparando alertas internas para la Dirección.

- Verificar la trazabilidad financiera y el soporte documental de las operaciones.

- Revisar y controlar la documentación contractual de cada operación (Factoring Agreements, Promissory Notes, NOA, Repurchase Agreements, Corporate Guarantees, entre otros).

- Verificar que los expedientes estén completos, firmados, vigentes y correctamente archivados.

- Coordinar con áreas legales, fiduciarias, contables y operativas para regularizar documentación pendiente.

- Registrar y actualizar operaciones en la plataforma interna (montos desembolsados, fees, vencimientos, pagos, saldos y estados de operación).

- Generar reportes desde la plataforma para revisión gerencial, financiera, operativa y de riesgo.

- Monitorear los flujos de fondos relacionados con operaciones activas.

- Apoyar la conciliación diaria o periódica entre bancos, plataforma operativa, contratos y registros contables.

- Preparar reportes de cash position, expected collections, projected disbursements y disponibilidad de fondos.

- Redactar correos profesionales en español e inglés.

- Apoyar la preparación de reportes y comunicaciones para inversionistas, clientes, deudores, abogados, fiduciarios y contrapartes internacionales.

- Participar en llamadas o reuniones con contrapartes locales e internacionales.
