Misión del cargo:

Ejecutar el seguimiento y control del portal de compras públicas para identificar y evaluar procesos en los que la línea de negocio puede participar, asegurando la correcta y oportuna participación de la empresa en los procesos de contratación pública.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en finanzas, economía, admiración de empresas, negocios internacionales o afines.

Experiencia:

3 a 5 años en compras públicas como analista o coordinador de compras públicas.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Normativa de Compras Públicas.

- Plataformas y portales de compras públicas.

- Excel.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Ejecutar el monitoreo permanente del portal de compras públicas e indicar en los procesos de contratación de bienes y servicios normalizados (catálogo eléctronico, subasta inversa, ínfima cuantía) y no normalizados (menor cuantía, subasta inversa, ínfima cuantía) en los que la línea de negocios que la empresa puede participar.

- Ejecutar la elaboración de ofertas en base a las convocatorias realizadas a través del portal de compras públicas y en las cuales las instancias correspondientes de la línea de negocio de la empresa autorizaron participar.

- Ejecutar el seguimiento y control de las etapas del proceso de compras públicas de acuerdo con el cronograma publicado (revisión de pliegos, formularios de observaciones, resolución de adjudicación, convalidación de errores en el proceso, puja o negociación y obtención de contratos.

- Ejecutar el seguimiento y manejo de las etapas precontractual, contractual, y postcontractual de los contratos públicos adjudicados a la línea de negocio.

- Ejecutar la coordinación, seguimiento y control de la entrega-recepción de los dispositivos médicos, instrumental e implantes biológicos en las instituciones públicas contratantes (entrega parcial, total, definitiva).

- Ejecutar el plan anual de compras públicas.

- Ejecutar actividades de asistencia y soporte administrativo dispuestas por la gerencia comercial.
