Misión del cargo:

Gestionar la venta mayorista de motocicletas, desarrollando y manteniendo relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, la correcta gestión de cartera y cobranzas, y la generación de reportes comerciales que aporten a la toma de decisiones del negocio.

Nivel de instrucción:

Bachiller o Estudios técnicos o tecnológicos en ventas, administración comercial, marketing o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas y relaciones comerciales en la industria de motos.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Paquete Office, manejo de herramientas como Word y Excel para elaboración de reportes de ventas, control de cartera y seguimiento comercial.

- Técnicas de venta, conocimiento y aplicación de técnicas de prospección, negociación y cierre en ventas mayoristas.

- Gestión de cartera y cobranza, capacidad para administrar cuentas de clientes, seguimiento de pagos y cumplimiento de políticas de crédito.

- Industria de motos, conocimiento del mercado de motocicletas, modelos, usos y dinámicas comerciales del sector.

- Reportes comerciales, elaboración e interpretación de informes de ventas y resultados comerciales.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Ejecutar la venta mayorista de motocicletas conforme a los lineamientos comerciales de la empresa.

- Cumplir con los objetivos mensuales de ventas, cobranza y cobertura asignados por la jefatura.

- Desarrollar nuevos clientes dentro del territorio asignado, ampliando la cartera comercial.

- Realizar seguimiento a pedidos, entregas, facturación y gestión de cobranzas.

- Reportar diariamente su gestión comercial a través de herramientas o formatos definidos por la empresa.

- Detectar oportunidades de mejora en el portafolio de productos y brindar retroalimentación al equipo comercial.

- Representar a la empresa con profesionalismo y ética en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.

- Elaborar informes y reportes periódicos de ventas, cartera y resultados comerciales.

- Coordinar con áreas internas (administración, post-venta, logística) para asegurar una correcta atención al cliente.

- Participar en activaciones comerciales, ferias o eventos cuando sea requerido.

Sueldo: $500 + comisiones
