Misión del cargo:

Gestionar y promover la colocación de los productos financieros de la empresa en los mercados definidos, brindando asesoría técnica y personalizada a los socios y clientes para identificar la solución crediticia más adecuada a sus necesidades.

Nivel de instrucción:

Bachiller o Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Comercial, Economía, finanzas o afines.

Experiencia:

1 a 2 años en cargos similares en el sector financiero.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Análisis de crédito

- Metodologías crediticias

- Gestión de cobranzas

- Gestión de riesgos financieros y crediticios

- Normativa de la SEPS

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Ejecutar las actividades de promoción, colocación y recuperación de créditos, de acuerdo con las políticas, procedimientos y metas establecidas por la empresa.

- Identificar y evaluar las necesidades crediticias de los socios y potenciales socios, asegurando la correcta aplicación de los productos financieros disponibles.

- Analizar la capacidad de pago y solvencia de los solicitantes, realizando visitas domiciliarias, verificaciones y análisis de riesgo conforme a la normativa vigente.

- Elaborar, revisar y sustentar los informes crediticios, garantizando la veracidad de la información y el cumplimiento de los parámetros técnicos y legales establecidos.

- Realizar seguimiento continuo a la cartera colocada, asegurando el cumplimiento de los cronogramas de pago y aplicando acciones preventivas ante posibles riesgos de mora.

- Ejecutar gestiones de cobranza preventiva y correctiva, a través de visitas, llamadas o acuerdos de pago, de conformidad con las políticas institucionales.

- Mantener actualizada la información de los créditos en los sistemas de gestión y reportar oportunamente los movimientos o alertas relevantes a la jefatura inmediata.

- Entregar diariamente los pagarés y garantías adjuntas de los créditos desembolsados, al Gerente de Agencia.

- Fomentar la fidelización de los socios mediante un servicio basado en la confianza, la asesoría técnica y la atención oportuna de sus requerimientos.

- Cumplir las metas de colocación y recuperación conforme a los indicadores definidos por la empresa.

Sueldo: $700 + comisiones por cumplimiento de metas
