Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la gestión integral y eficiente del portafolio de clientes dentro del territorio asignado, mediante la planificación y ejecución de visitas conforme al rutero establecido, la administración efectiva de planes comerciales, la recuperación oportuna de cartera antes de su vencimiento, y el levantamiento de información precisa y confiable que permita fortalecer la relación comercial y alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en Administración de empresas, gestión de alimentos o carreras a fines de ventas y cobranza (Deseable)

Experiencia:

Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en ventas dentro del canal mayorista o consumo masivo, con conocimiento del mercado en la ciudad de Cuenca.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Seguimiento a clientes con saldos pendientes

- Coordinación de pagos

- Aplicación de políticas de crédito

- Reporte de cobranzas

- Promoción de productos

- Negociación de condiciones comerciales

- Cierre de ventas

- Seguimiento a pedidos

- Planificación de rutas

- Registro de visitas

- Ejecución de reuniones comerciales

- Reporte en CRM o sistema

- Recolección de datos de clientes y mercado

- Actualización de fichas

- Reporte de competencia y precios

- Validación de datos en sistema

- Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con clientes del canal (mayoristas, panaderías)

- Mantener contacto constante y seguimiento personalizado

- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la cartera actual

- Fidelizar clientes mediante una atención cercana y orientada a soluciones.

Sueldo: $530 fijos + comisiones aseguradas durante los primeros meses + $ 236 de Bono de movilización + seguro vehicular + cambio de llantas (anual) + gastos de mantenimiento del vehículo
