Misión del cargo:

Brindar soporte técnico y atención post-venta a los clientes de la marca, asegurando la correcta gestión de garantías, repuestos y calidad del producto, con el fin de garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel o Tecnología / Técnico superior en carreras Mecánica automotriz o de motocicletas, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Mantenimiento industrial o carreras técnicas afines.

Experiencia:

6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente y conocimientos técnicos para solución de garantías y problemas, es muy importante que conozca de motos y repuestos

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento de políticas de garantía, criterios de validación, tiempos de respuesta y documentación necesaria para la aprobación o rechazo de reclamos.

- Capacidad para identificar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y de ensamblaje en motocicletas, diferenciando defectos de fabricación, uso indebido o mantenimiento incorrecto.

- Conocimiento en control de stock, rotación de repuestos, pedidos, abastecimiento y coordinación con bodega o proveedores para asegurar disponibilidad oportuna.

- Conocimiento de checklists técnicos, estándares de ensamblaje, validaciones previas a entrega y control post-ensamble.

- Conocimiento de protocolos de atención, manejo de reclamos, servicio técnico y seguimiento de casos hasta su cierre.

- Capacidad para documentar casos de garantías, fallas recurrentes, capacitaciones realizadas y controles de calidad mediante reportes claros y estructurados.

- Paquete de Office – Intermedio.

- Manejo de herramientas informáticas como Word, Excel y PowerPoint para reportes, controles y presentaciones.

- Conocimiento de normas básicas de seguridad en manejo de herramientas, revisión de motocicletas y ejecución de pruebas técnicas.

- Inglés a nivel intermedio

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Gestionar garantías, venta de repuestos y solución de problemas técnicos de motos internas.

- Realizar capacitaciones técnicas a clientes, distribuidores y personal relacionado.

- Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al plan de abastecimiento de repuestos.

- Desarrollar herramientas y procedimientos de apoyo para la correcta ejecución del plan de post-venta.

- Realizar el control de calidad de las motos ensambladas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos establecidos.
