Misión del cargo:

Gestionar y expandir la cartera asignada mediante visitas personalizadas, impulsando la venta del portafolio completo de la empresa. El rol abarca todo el ciclo comercial: prospección, negociación, cierre, cobranza y fidelización, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la salud financiera de la cartera.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Comercial o afines.

Tercer Nivel en Electrónica o Ingeniería Eléctrica.

Experiencia:

1 a 2 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca (1), Guayaquil (1).

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Principios básicos de sistemas eléctricos (ideal).

- Manejo de herramientas comerciales y CRM.

- Paquete de Office.

- Técnicas de Ventas.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Planificar mensualmente en el CRM la ruta de visitas para optimizar la cobertura en la zona geográfica asignada (incluyendo provincia).

- Cerrar ventas de manera efectiva durante las visitas programadas, aplicando técnicas de venta consultiva y difundir las promociones que se realizan durante el año.

- Desarrollar una estrategia para la creación de nuevos clientes, además de gestionar y hacer crecer la cartera de clientes establecida que se le asigne.

- Asesorar y capacitar a los clientes sobre la oferta de valor de la empresa, diferenciándola claramente de la competencia y comunicando ventajas competitivas, novedades, promociones y cambios de precios.

- Crear oportunidades de ventas en el sistema y realizar un seguimiento riguroso en sus diferentes fases hasta su realización.

- Gestionar oportunamente la cobranza de la cartera asignada vía telefónica o mail, ejecutando la cobranza efectiva y tener bajo nivel de morosidad.

- Mantener un nivel alto y actualizado de conocimiento sobre todos los productos, ofertas y dinámicas del mercado para ofrecer una asesoría de excelencia.

- Otras actividades anexas o conexas inherentes al cargo.
