Misión del cargo:

Ser el responsable de la asistencia y coordinación de todas las áreas administrativas de la Empresa, para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de las mismas. Apoyar en labores administrativas con la finalidad de mejorar tiempos de repuesta, cumpliendo con los objetivos organizacionales.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tecnológico en Administración de Empresas o afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 1 a 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares. Experiencia en clínicas, laboratorios, farmacéuticas, hospitales, centros de diabetes.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento y manejo de Microsoft Office

- Negociación con proveedores.

- Conocimientos contables actualizados.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Responsable de conocer y aplicar los POE, de acuerdo a sus funciones.

- Gestión de compras laboratorio (cm, cadavérico, tejidos).

- Revisión y emisión de credenciales.

- Manejo de CRM e ingreso de datos.

- Control de inventarios y hojas de descargo.

- Archivo de carpetas del área de procesamiento, verificando que la documentación este completa.

- Manejo de historias clínicas y revisión de consentimientos para el procesamiento.

- Coordinación de ensamblaje de kits.

- Control de inventario y distribución de kits.

- Revisión de paquete de contratos luego de la firma.

- Envió de alícuotas a laboratorio de referencia.

- Orden de documentos de carpeta para revisión técnica.

- Mensajes de procesamiento.

- Manejo de caja chica.
