Misión del cargo:

Garantizar el soporte administrativo integral, eficiente y proactivo en la operación de la empresa, mediante la gestión precisa de inventarios, el control documental, el análisis comparativo de proveedores, el seguimiento de pagos y la organización de información clave para la toma de decisiones.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Administración de empresas o afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo un año en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento y manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel Intermedio)

- Conocimiento en gestión de inventarios y proformas.

- Registro y control de pagos de médicos y a proveedores.

- Registro y control de cobros de médicos y hospitales.

- Manejo de documentación: facturación, guías, cotizaciones

- Buena redacción y ortografía.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Solicitar y organizar cotizaciones de insumos y equipos médicos

- Elaborar cuadros comparativos en Excel para toma de decisiones de compra

- Registrar nuevos proveedores y mantener actualizado el directorio de contactos.

- Llevar un control diario del stock de insumos y equipos

- Alertar sobre niveles mínimos para evitar quiebres de stock

- Coordinar con bodega los ingresos y egresos registrados en sistema

- Emisión de proformas, facturas electrónicas y guías de remisión

- Revisión de facturas de compras y coordinación con contabilidad

- Preparar documentación de soporte para auditorías o revisiones internas

- Llevar un cronograma de pagos a médicos y proveedores

- Validar cumplimiento de servicios prestados antes de procesar pagos

- Apoyar en reportes mensuales de pagos efectuados y por realizar

- Organización y control de archivos administrativos

- Apoyo en la elaboración de reportes gerenciales y operativos

- Coordinación de reuniones internas y logística básica

- Atender requerimientos de médicos o personal interno sobre materiales

- Canalizar solicitudes hacia las áreas responsables

- Garantizar respuestas rápidas y precisas a requerimientos operativos
