Misión del cargo:

Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo a la Coordinadora Comercial, garantizando la correcta gestión documental, seguimiento de procesos de clientes, actualización de plataformas y cumplimiento oportuno de las tareas que apoyan la operación comercial y de atención al cliente.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Bachiller o Tercer Nivel en Administración o afines.

Experiencia:

6 meses a 1 año en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Guayaquil

Competencias:

- Comunicación efectiva

- Capacidad de planificación y organización

- Adaptabilidad

- Trabajo en equipo

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de Excel intermedio (filtros, tablas, fórmulas básicas).

- Deseable conocimiento básico en seguros o trámites relacionados con pólizas y reclamos.

- Redacción y Ortografía.

- Experiencia en sistemas administrativos o plataformas CRM.

- Conocimiento básico en facturación y conciliación de pagos.

- Conocimiento básico de contabilidad.

- Ingreso de facturas.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Recepción de llamadas

- Recepción de facturas de servicios básicos y proveedores recurrentes y descarga de documentos electrónicos

- Registro de documentos

- Cargar información de clientes, pólizas, pagos y documentos en plataformas internas y externas

- Recopilar, ordenar y cargar documentación relacionada con gastos médicos y siniestros

- Realizar seguimiento de reclamos, solicitudes y requerimientos operativos de los clientes

- Envío de mails, solicitud y seguimiento de clientes

- Apoyar en la gestión operativa de renovaciones de pólizas de seguros

- Descargar e ingresar facturas en los sistemas correspondientes

- Coordinar con otras áreas o aseguradoras para la tramitación de documentación o requerimientos operativos

- Apoyar en el procesamiento de pagos y conciliaciones simples

- Asistir a la Coordinadora Comercial en la preparación de reportes, bases de datos y comunicaciones con clientes

- Mantener actualizados los archivos físicos y digitales de clientes y pólizas

- Envío y recepción de valija

- Elaboración y seguimiento de hoja de ruta mensajeros (administrativo y cobranzas)

- Manejo de caja chica

- Pago de proveedores
