Misión del cargo:

Apoyar en los procesos contables y financieros de la empresa mediante el registro, control y verificación de transacciones contables, garantizando la correcta gestión documental, el cumplimiento de las normativas tributarias y la disponibilidad de información contable confiable y oportuna para la toma de decisiones.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Administración de empresas o afines. Ing en Contabilidad y Auditoría CPA

Experiencia:

Mínimo 1 a 2 años en cargos similares

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de software contable

- Conocimientos básicos de normativa tributaria ecuatoriana.

- Manejo de Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio.

- Comprensión de principios contables y financieros.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Registrar las transacciones contables en el sistema asignado (compras, ventas, pagos, cobros, etc.).

- Elaborar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales.

- Gestionar y controlar las cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.

- Apoyar en la preparación de reportes financieros y declaraciones tributarias.

- Clasificar y archivar correctamente la documentación contable.

- Brindar soporte durante auditorías internas y externas.

- Verificar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y laborales básicas.

- Colaborar con otras áreas administrativas cuando sea requerido.
