Misión del cargo:

Supervisar y ejecutar las actividades de recepción, almacenamiento, distribución y transporte de dispositivos médicos e implantes biológicos en la línea de negocios de la empresa.

Nivel de instrucción:

Segundo Nivel

Experiencia:

1 a 2 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Competencias:

- Organización y Gestión del Tiempo.

- Conocimiento de Procedimientos de Almacenaje.

- Capacidad para Trabajar en Equipo.

- Manejo de Equipos y Herramientas.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Gestión de inventarios.

- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión.

- Logística.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Ejecutar el procedimiento de revisión y recepción (administrativa y técnica) de dispositivos médicos e implantes biológicos con el acompañamiento del representante técnico.

- Ejecutar y monitorear el procedimiento de almacenamiento de dispositivos médicos e implantes biológicos.

- Supervisar y ejecutar el procedimiento de distribución (despacho) de dispositivos médicos e implantes biológicos con el acompañamiento del representante médico.

- Supervisar el procedimiento de transporte de dispositivos médicos e implantes biológicos.

- Ejecutar las actividades de manejo y control de inventarios periodicos en la bodega de almacenamiento a su cargo en la línea de negocios, en coordinación con un delegado de contabilidad;

- Informar al responsable técnico de todo incidente ocurrido dentro de la compañía que pueda afectar a la calidad del producto y/o servicio para las correspondientes acciones correctivas.

- Realizar el programa de capacitación y entrenamiento en BPADT.

Sueldo: $700 + bono de movilización
