Misión del cargo:

Dar soporte y seguimiento a los procesos de compras e importación, así como su logística. Brindar seguimiento a los reportes mensuales y ejecutar las cotizaciones de las importaciones en tránsito.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Estudios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería Comercial o afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito.

Competencias:

- Comunicación Efectiva.

- Capacidad Analítica.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Compras y cadena de suministro.

- Gestión con proveedores logísticos.

- Proceso aduanero, de importación y regulatorio.

- ECUAPASS.

- Conocimientos contables.

- Manejo de Sistema SAP de preferencia (No Excluyente)

- Conocimiento de trámites de ARCSA, MIPRO, INEN (básicos)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con proveedores y agentes de carga.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las Leyes y Reglamentos de Importación y manteniéndose al día de los cambios en los requisitos aduaneros y ayudando en los procedimientos de despacho de aduanas.

- Mantener registros precisos de las transacciones de Importación incluidas facturas, documentos de envío y Declaraciones de Aduanas

- Coordinar con Gerencia Financiera y Contabilidad para garantizar el pago exacto y puntual de los derechos de Importación, Impuestos y Gastos de Flete.

- Gestión administrativa del departamento como coordinación de entrega de etiquetas y coordinación con Logística para recepción de producto
