Misión del cargo:

Operar correctamente la maquinaria en las diferentes etapas del proceso de producción, utilizando todos los recursos asignados y cumpliendo lineamientos de calidad, seguridad y productividad, para contribuir a la eficiencia de las operaciones.

Nivel de instrucción:

Mínimo graduado de Secundaria (Bachillerato).

Experiencia:

Mínimo 1 a 2 años en posiciones similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Azogues

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Procesos industriales de alimentos

- Inocuidad alimentaria

- Buenas prácticas de manufactura (BPM)

- Cumplimiento de Indicadores claves de desempeño

- Excel (deseable)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las actividades asignadas en su turno, respetando

tiempos, cantidades y estándares de calidad.

- Cumplir con las instrucciones de BPM, HACCP e instrucciones técnicas establecidas

por el líder de turno.

- Asegurar el funcionamiento adecuado de sus equipos y maquinaria a cargo.

- Participar activamente en todas las capacitaciones que la empresa brinda a través

de las distintas áreas como: calidad, HESS, RRHH, logística

Sueldo: $480 + Horas Extra
