Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la correcta gestión y control de los procesos contables, tributarios y financieros de la organización, asegurando la confiabilidad y oportunidad de la información financiera y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y tributarias, participando activamente en la migración e implementación del nuevo ERP y asegurando la correcta parametrización, integración y funcionamiento de los procesos contables dentro de la nueva plataforma.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en Contabilidad y Auditoría o carreras afines.

Deseable:

Finanzas, Contabilidad o Tributación.

Certificaciones en ERP.

Formación en gestión de proyectos o procesos

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones contables, preferentemente en empresas comerciales, importadoras, distribuidoras o con operaciones de inventario y alto volumen transaccional.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Contabilidad general y NIIF.

- Legislación tributaria ecuatoriana.

- Elaboración y análisis de estados financieros.

- Cierres y conciliaciones contables.

- Control de inventarios y costos.

- Manejo avanzado de Excel.

- Manejo de ERP contables y financieros.

- Implementación y/o migración de ERP, incluyendo parametrización, pruebas y validación de información.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Supervisar y ejecutar los procesos contables, asegurando el correcto registro, clasificación y control de las operaciones de la empresa.

- Elaborar y analizar cierres contables y estados financieros, garantizando información confiable y oportuna para la toma de decisiones.

- Gestionar el cumplimiento tributario, asegurando la correcta preparación y presentación de declaraciones, anexos, retenciones y demás obligaciones ante los organismos correspondientes.

- Controlar y conciliar las cuentas contables, incluyendo bancos, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, inventarios, activos fijos y demás cuentas relevantes.

- Participar activamente en la migración e implementación del nuevo ERP, levantando requerimientos, revisando procesos, validando parametrizaciones y asegurando que la solución responda adecuadamente a las necesidades contables.

- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos contables, proponiendo ajustes que permitan incrementar la eficiencia, trazabilidad y calidad de la información.

- Elaborar reportes e indicadores financieros y contables, proporcionando información relevante a la Gerencia para el análisis y toma de decisiones.

Sueldo: $2000 - $2500 fijos
