Misión del cargo:

Administrar y supervisar las actividades contables y financieras de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas tributarias, la precisión en los registros contables y la optimización de los recursos financieros para respaldar el crecimiento y sostenibilidad de la empresa.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Contabilidad, Auditoría o Finanzas. De preferencia Título de Cuarto Nivel.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el área de contabilidad. Y al menos 3 años como contador general.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de sistemas contables.

- Procedimientos de Facturación.

- Costeo de productos importados (gastos de importación, aranceles, fletes, impuestos).

- Legislación tributaria ecuatoriana.

- Gestión de nómina y cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales.

- Control de inventarios desde el punto de vista contable.

- Excel.

- Legislación Tributaria.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Registrar y controlar todas las operaciones contables de la empresa. Elaborar estados financieros mensuales y anuales. Realizar el cierre contable mensual y anual.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y tributarias (declaraciones, retenciones, SRI). Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios en la legislación contable y fiscal. Preparar auditorías internas y externas.

- Supervisar cuentas por pagar y por cobrar. Controlar costos asociados a la importación y comercialización de telas. Generar reportes financieros para la gerencia.

- Colaborar en la elaboración del presupuesto anual, en conjunto con el Gerente Administrativo, y realizar el seguimiento mensual del cumplimiento del mismo.

- Colaborar en la elaboración del presupuesto anual y seguimiento de su cumplimiento. Proponer mejoras en la gestión financiera y control de costos.

- Generar informes de variaciones presupuestarias y proponer ajustes según las necesidades de la organización.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y tributarias, tales como declaración de impuestos, retenciones, y demás obligaciones ante las autoridades competentes.

- Mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios en la legislación fiscal y contable, implementando ajustes en la organización según sea necesario.

- Preparar y coordinar auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando la información y documentación requerida.

- Realizar el cierre contable mensual y anual, asegurando que todos los registros estén correctamente ajustados y completos.

- Administrar las cuentas por cobrar y pagar, asegurando el correcto registro y pago a proveedores y el seguimiento de cobros a clientes de eventos.
