Misión del cargo:

Liderar el área contable de la empresa asegurando el cumplimiento riguroso de las normativas contables locales e internacionales, la correcta presentación de los estados financieros, procesos tributarios, y el soporte técnico a la operación en un entorno de coinversión con exposición a la multinacional.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia progresiva en áreas contables y financieras, con al menos 3 años en cargos de jefatura firmando balances.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Normativa contable ecuatoriana y aplicación práctica de principios contables nacionales.

- Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF / IFRS) para elaboración y presentación de estados financieros.

- Contabilidad de costos y análisis de márgenes en empresas productivas o agroindustriales (de preferencia)

- Gestión tributaria integral: declaraciones, cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, y atención a auditorías del SRI.

- Manejo avanzado de SAP S/4HANA en módulos financieros y contables

- Elaboración y análisis de estados financieros consolidados, reportes mensuales y cierres contables.

- Atención a auditorías externas e internas, con preparación de documentación soporte y explicación de hallazgos.

- Control interno contable y administrativo, con enfoque preventivo y de mejora continua.

- Excel avanzado y manejo de herramientas de análisis financiero (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, conciliaciones complejas).

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Supervisar y validar el proceso contable general y el cierre mensual y anual.

- Elaborar y analizar estados financieros para la alta dirección local y casa matriz.

- Coordinar auditorías internas y externas, entregando soporte técnico y documentación requerida.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento tributario y contable conforme a la normativa ecuatoriana y requerimientos IFRS.

- Supervisar la contabilidad de costos, inventarios y procesos productivos.

- Asegurar el correcto uso y actualización del sistema contable SAP S/4HANA.

- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo contable: analistas, auxiliares y personal operativo.

- Generar reportes financieros y operativos para múltiples frentes: auditorías, casa matriz, control de gestión y administración local.
