Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la correcta gestión contable, tributaria y financiera de la organización, asegurando la confiabilidad de la información económica, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y fiscales, y proporcionando información oportuna para la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la gerencia.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Contabilidad y Auditoría o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en cargos de Contadora General, Contadora Senior o responsable del área contable.

Lugar de trabajo: Loja

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Contabilidad general y financiera.

- Legislación tributaria ecuatoriana.

- Declaraciones tributarias ante el SRI.

- Conciliaciones bancarias.

- Elaboración de estados financieros.

- Costos e inventarios.

- Retenciones e impuestos.

- Manejo de activos fijos.

- Presupuestos y análisis financiero.

- Control interno.

- Auditoría financiera.

- Excel avanzado.

- Sistemas contables y ERP.

- Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera

- Manejo de plataforma Superintendencia de Compañías

- Manejo de plataforma Ministerio de Trabajo

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Supervisar y ejecutar el registro contable de las operaciones de la compañía.

- Garantizar cierres contables mensuales y anuales oportunos y confiables.

- Elaborar y presentar estados financieros para la gerencia.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones tributarias de la empresa.

- Preparar y revisar declaraciones fiscales, retenciones e impuestos.

- Mantener actualizada la información conforme a la normativa vigente.

- Realizar análisis financieros para apoyar la toma de decisiones.

- Monitorear cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar y flujo de efectivo.

- Controlar la correcta valoración y conciliación de inventarios.

- Coordinar requerimientos de auditoría interna y externa.

- Implementar controles que minimicen riesgos contables y tributarios.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos financieros.

- Proporcionar información financiera confiable para la toma de decisiones.

- Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos.

- Generar indicadores financieros relevantes para la dirección.

- Elaborar, preparar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones societarias de la empresa.
