Misión del cargo:

Generar información financiera gerencial (presupuestos, pronósticos, análisis de variaciones) para maximizar la rentabilidad, identificar alertas financieras y coordinar acciones correctivas, supervisar cierres contables, y evaluar proyectos, flujo de caja y valoración de activos (incluyendo el biológico).

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Economista, Ingeniero comercial, industrial o procesos, y profesiones afines.

Experiencia:

3 años a mas en posiciones similares, reportando a CFO y/o Gerencia General, y estructuras corporativas matriciales.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Control de costos operativos y productivos

- Presupuestos y planificación financiera

- Indicadores y reportes de gestión (KPIs)

- Sistemas de gestión y trazabilidad

- Contabilidad financiera y normativa

- Control de costos operativos y productivos

- Control de riesgos y cumplimiento

- Conocimiento del negocio agrícola (plus)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Elaborar el presupuesto y forecast de las diferentes operaciones y áreas de la empresa y su consolidado.

- Análisis de variaciones real vs presupuesto y forecast, identificando alertas oportunas sobre las cuales coordinar planes de acción correctivo.

- Supervisar y coordinar oportunos y correctos cierres contables de mes conforme presupuesto y forecast.

- Generar periódicamente reportes de información gerencial sobre el negocio: resultados, ingresos, costos, gastos, flujo de caja, capex, entre otros.

- Realizar el seguimiento a la gestión de venta nacional facilitando su rentabilidad y crecimiento

- Supervisión y control sobre la ejecución de las inversiones capex en cada proyecto interno, identificando alertas y correcciones.

- Colaborar en la elaboración y asegurar la actualización de políticas, procedimientos y procesos internos que sustenten la gestión financiera.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, reglamentos y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa, así como las normas relacionadas a Seguridad, Calidad, Inocuidad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente, a fin de proteger la salud de los trabajadores.

- Realizar otras funciones, en materia de su competencia, que sean asignadas por su jefe inmediato, con la finalidad de apoyar en el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
