Misión del cargo:

Ser el soporte operativo y administrativo del Jefe de Cadenas para asegurar la fluidez de los procesos comerciales del canal retail, coordinando eficientemente entre las áreas internas y gestionando de forma precisa las órdenes, facturación, despachos y reportes para garantizar un servicio ágil, ordenado y confiable hacia las cadenas.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, Contabilidad, o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo dos años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Confidencialidad y ética

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de herramientas de office.

- Capacidad para generar reportes de stock, ventas y gastos operativos del canal.

- Conocimientos en procesos de facturación, cobranza, cuentas por cobrar y coordinación logística.

- Familiaridad con procesos de retail, órdenes de compra, coordinación con cadenas y trade marketing.

- Conocimiento del negocio de crédito (deseable)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Apoyar al Jefe de Cadenas en el seguimiento operativo y administrativo del canal.

- Recibir, revisar y procesar órdenes de compra provenientes de las cadenas.

- Coordinar con bodega y ensambladora el despacho oportuno y correcto de motos.

- Ingresar facturas de venta y gastos relacionados al canal.

- Hacer seguimiento a la facturación, cobranza y cartera, en coordinación con Tesorería y Contabilidad.

- Generar reportes de stock, ventas, despachos y KPIs del canal para la toma de decisiones.

- Mantener una coordinación fluida con el equipo de Trade Marketing para actividades promocionales en cadenas.

- Dar soporte administrativo y de seguimiento a todos los actores internos involucrados en el canal: cartera, tesorería, contabilidad, buffer logístico, etc.

- Atender consultas o requerimientos indirectos de las cadenas y canalizar internamente su atención.

-Velar por la correcta trazabilidad documental de todo el proceso comercial y administrativo del canal.
