Misión del cargo:

Asegurar la ejecución eficiente de todo el ciclo comercial y logístico de la empresa, articulando la atención de clientes, el registro y facturación de pedidos, y la coordinación de entregas, garantizando cumplimiento en tiempos, calidad de servicio y rentabilidad.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Administración, Contabilidad, o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Planificación y organización

- Orientación al cliente

- Comunicación efectiva

- Proactividad y resolución de problemas

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Excel intermedio-avanzado y herramientas de gestión digital (CRM, WhatsApp Business, correo, etc.).

- Facturación electrónica y control documental.

- Conocimientos en procesos de facturación, cobranza, cuentas por cobrar y coordinación logística y distribución, control de inventarios y gestión de rutas.

- Manejo de sistemas ERP o plataformas logísticas (preferible experiencia con DriveIn). Caso contrario manejo de CRM.

- Buena redacción y manejo de leads y prospectos.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Atender llamadas, mensajes y solicitudes que ingresan por canales digitales, call center y la línea celular de la empresa, asegurando una atención oportuna y profesional.

- Centralizar y registrar los pedidos, cotizaciones y requerimientos recibidos por este canal.

- Validar y emitir facturas garantizando que la información de productos, cantidades, precios y condiciones esté completa antes de enviar a despacho.

- Organizar rutas diarias de entrega, optimizando recursos de transporte (3 camiones y 2 camionetas) y priorizando urgencias o entregas estratégicas.

- Monitorear la ejecución de los despachos y resolver incidencias o reclamos de manera inmediata.

- Verificar existencias y coordinar con bodega y abastecimiento para evitar quiebres de stock entre los 2.800 SKUs que maneja la empresa.

- Operar el módulo logístico para registrar, controlar y generar indicadores de pedidos, entregas, devoluciones y desempeño de flota.

- Promover productos complementarios en cada interacción con clientes, fortaleciendo la relación comercial y aumentando el ticket promedio.

- Actuar como enlace operativo entre las áreas de ventas, facturación, bodega y transporte.

- Asegurar que las operaciones comerciales y logísticas se ejecuten conforme a los estándares de calidad, seguridad y ética definidos por la empresa.

Sueldo: $750 + variable
