Misión del cargo:

Ser el brazo derecho del Gerente Comercial, estructurando, ejecutando y dando seguimiento a la gestión comercial de la empresa, asegurando cercanía con los clientes, crecimiento sostenido de la demanda y correcta coordinación entre ventas, planta e instalación, reduciendo la dependencia operativa del dueño.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en Arquitectura o Diseño de Interiores.

O en su defecto carreras administrativas.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en áreas comerciales o en su defecto en contacto con arquitectos o constructores.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Conocimiento del sector construcción o afines (deseable experiencia en acabados, aluminio, PVC, materiales de construcción o soluciones arquitectónicas)

- Comprensión de procesos comerciales B2B

- Gestión de cotizaciones y seguimiento de proyectos

- Manejo de indicadores comerciales y proyección de demanda

- Manejo intermedio o avanzado de Excel

- Deseable conocimiento en lectura básica de planos arquitectónicos (deseable)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Acompañar estratégicamente al Gerente Comercial en la gestión integral del área, reduciendo la dependencia operativa y organizando la estructura comercial.

- Organizar y coordinar la agenda del Gerente Comercial entre las tres bases de trabajo, incluyendo planta en Tarqui y oficinas en Primero de Mayo, así como viajes a Quito y Guayaquil.

- Liderar la prospección comercial y generación de nuevas oportunidades con arquitectos, constructoras y clientes estratégicos.

- Realizar seguimiento riguroso a cotizaciones enviadas, controlando tiempos de respuesta, tasa de conversión y cierre de negocios.

- Analizar datos comerciales para proyectar demanda y apoyar decisiones de producción e instalación.

- Coordinar con los tres grupos de instaladores para asegurar correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de cronogramas.

- Acompañar o liderar ceremonias de entrega de proyectos, fortaleciendo la experiencia del cliente y el posicionamiento de la marca.

- Velar por que la propuesta de valor diferenciada de la empresa: calidad, aislamiento térmico y acústico, durabilidad sea correctamente comunicada al mercado.
