Misión del cargo:

Diseñar, estructurar y liderar la estrategia comercial de la empresa, asegurando el crecimiento sostenido de ventas, la profesionalización del equipo comercial y la expansión de la cartera de clientes en los diferentes canales (retail y corporativo), garantizando el cumplimiento de metas y la rentabilidad del negocio.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer nivel completo en carreras administrativas como: Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Industrial o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años en ventas de artículos para el hogar o decoración como categorías afines.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Liderazgo comercial estructurado

- Capacidad analítica y manejo de indicadores

- Negociación y cierre

- Gestión de cartera y expansión

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Planificación comercial y estructuración de equipos de ventas

- Diseño y control de ruteros comerciales

- Manejo de indicadores: ventas, margen, ticket promedio, rotación, cumplimiento de metas

- Estrategias de expansión y penetración de mercado

- CRM, herramientas de seguimiento comercial, y Excel intermedio

- Técnicas de negociación y cierre consultivo

- Conocimiento del mercado textil o consumo (deseable)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar el plan comercial anual y desglosarlo en metas mensuales por canal y vendedor.

- Planificar, organizar y supervisar la gestión integral del equipo de ventas, asegurando disciplina comercial y cumplimiento de objetivos.

- Diseñar, estructurar y controlar los ruteros comerciales garantizando cobertura eficiente del mercado y optimización del tiempo del equipo.

- Establecer metas claras y realizar seguimiento semanal al cumplimiento de indicadores comerciales y financieros.

- Desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento de cartera y apertura de nuevos segmentos como hoteles, Airbnb, institucional y mayoristas.

- Implementar reportes periódicos de gestión comercial para Gerencia, incluyendo análisis de resultados y planes de acción correctivos.

- Liderar negociaciones estratégicas con cuentas clave y clientes corporativos.

- Coordinar con producción y logística para asegurar cumplimiento de pedidos, tiempos de entrega y niveles de servicio.

- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en precios, promociones, mix de productos y posicionamiento comercial.

Sueldo: $800 fijos + comisiones
