Misión del cargo:

Garantizar la adecuada gestión de activación, locación y mantenimiento de los activos fijos, específicamente CLS de Instrumentales, Implantes y Equipos Biomédicos, asegurando su correcta funcionalidad, limpieza y disponibilidad a nivel nacional.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel como Ingeniero Biomédico o afines

Experiencia:

3 años de experiencia en cargos similares en el sector de la salud.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Gestión de Activos Fijos.

- Normativas y regulaciones.

- Contabilidad básica.

- Sistemas de gestión de activos.

- Excel intermedio avanzado.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Responsable de procesar el inventario garantizando el correcto ensamble, llenado y marcación de los activos fijos.

- Asegurar la creación, modificación y eliminación dentro del sistema

- Responsable de realizar el descarte (SCRAP) de los activos fijos (instrumentales y equipos) de forma periódica

- Realizar seguimiento al mantenimiento básico de los vehículos (combustible, limpieza, revisiones).

- Mantener un registro detallado de la ubicación de los sets y equipos biomédicos.

- Tener reporte detallado de los activos fijos que se encuentran en buen estado y disponibles para operación e inactivar los que no se encuentran funcionales y enviarlos a planta para su reparación.

- Generar un cronograma de conteo y mantenimiento para los activos fijos.

- Establecer los KPIs relacionados con activos fijos.

- Realizar los reportes necesarios que den visibilidad de la productividad de los sets y equipos biomédicos.

Sueldo: $800 + variable
