Experiencia:

5-7 años Administrador de proyectos Mineros y Cargos relacionados

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Administración

- Manejo y Negociación con Proveedores

- Control de equipos y maquinaria

Funciones a desempeñar:

-Coordina Logística de movilización de personal.

-Planifica Ordenes de compras.

-Controla Los servicios de proveedores.

-Revisa Facturación a proveedores.

-Planifica Las actividades diarias en el campamento.

-Supervisar a las empresas contratistas a cargo de la limpieza, alimentación y el servicio externo de lavandería

-Asegurar y garantizar la disponibilidad de las habitaciones para el alojamiento de las personas que trabajarán y/o se hospedarán en las instalaciones a su cargo.

-Planificar el mantenimiento de muebles, enseres, equipos del sitio asignado

-Coordinar los servicios de alimentación en función de la demanda requerida. Supervisar que el servicio de catering cumpla con los estándares de calidad y las cláusulas del contrato.

-Gestionar el pago de proveedores de servicios, telecomunicaciones y agua de todas las instalaciones asignadas.

-Gestionar la compra de consumibles de las instalaciones (útiles de aseo, productos de primera necesidad, bebidas no alcohólicas)

-Gestionar la coordinación de transporte terrestre (con el área correspondiente), de acuerdo al plan proporcionado por el área de encargada.

-Revisión periódica de servicios de gas.

-Coordinar mantenimiento de espacios verdes.

-Coordinar con medio ambiente la recolección y clasificación de basura.

-Elaborar requerimientos de compras.

-Preparación de informes y reportes de sus actividades diarios.

-Reportar, coordinar y gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo de los vehículos que se encuentren bajo renta o posesión.

-Elaborar reporte de hospitalidad diario.

-Manejar stocks e inventarios de los insumos de limpieza y suministros de oficina.

-Gestionar el pago de proveedores de servicios, telecomunicaciones y agua de todas las instalaciones asignadas.

-Gestionar y coordinar con los contratistas los reportes de alimentación, limpieza y lavado de ropa de uso diario y personal para pago mensual.

-Coordinar la recolección de ropa de cama y de uso diario para el envío al lavado.

-Coordinar abastecimiento diario de ropa de cama para las diferentes habitaciones.

-Manejo caja chica y control de la misma

-Coordinación de actividades semanales con jefe inmediato.
