Misión del cargo:

Responsable de la apertura y desarrollo de nuevos mercados internacionales, alineando los objetivos de expansión de la empresa con un crecimiento sostenible y estratégico en países clave. Actuará como la mano derecha comercial del CEO, identificando oportunidades de negocio, cerrando acuerdos estratégicos y liderando iniciativas de expansión con enfoque en innovación, adaptabilidad y ejecución efectiva.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing o carreras afines. Experiencia en negociación con clientes de alto nivel como gerentes comerciales, de marketing y RRHH.

Experiencia:

3 años de experiencia en cargos similares en empresas de tecnología o startups tecnológicas. O en cargos de expansión del negocio.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca - Guayaquil

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Apertura de Mercado: Identificar y prospectar nuevos leads en los mercados objetivo (Ecuador, Costa Rica, República Dominicana, Panamá, Brasil). Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de entrada en cada país, priorizando clientes clave.

- Gestión de Clientes: Acompañar a clientes potenciales en el proceso de conversión, identificando sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones a medida. Liderar negociaciones estratégicas.

- Alineación estratégica con los objetivos empresariales

- Cierre y Ejecución: Asegurar la conversión efectiva de prospectos en clientes, manteniendo un enfoque en la calidad del servicio. Garantizar la implementación inicial del servicio, capacitando y apoyando a los clientes en sus primeros pasos.

- Garantizar una experiencia consistente y de calidad para los clientes

- Estrategia Comercial y de Producto: Colaborar en el desarrollo de estrategias de marketing y ventas que potencien la propuesta de valor. Transmitir las herramientas digitales de la empresa con facilidad y claridad a los clientes.

- Acompañar en la implementación y capacitación a los clientes y grupos de interés

Sueldo: $1000 + variable
