Misión del cargo:

Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de marketing de la empresa para posicionar la marca, impulsar las ventas en canales físicos y digitales, fortalecer la relación con clientes clave, así como con distribuidores de atención al público y así asegurar una comunicación coherente, moderna y orientada a resultados.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Comunicación Social, Ingeniería en Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Paquete de Office.

- Estrategia en Medios Digitales.

- Dominio en Redes Sociales.

- Comunicación visual y branding: criterios de identidad gráfica, diseño de piezas publicitarias, coordinación con diseñadores.

- Coordinación de eventos y ferias sectoriales: planeación logística y comunicación de marca en eventos B2B y B2C.

- Planificación de contenido, estrategia de engagement, atención digital al cliente.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Gestión estratégica de las marcas a través del diseño y ejecución de planes de marketing para lanzamientos físicos y digitales de líneas de negocios actuales, nuevas y potenciales.

- Negociación con distribuidores, para diseñar y proporcionar programas de marketing y las herramientas necesarias para el lanzamiento, introducción, monitoreo y logro de las metas y objetivos de ventas para los clientes finales y los presupuestos de la compañía.

- Conocer el mercado, necesidades del consumidor, tendencias competitivas y presentar esta investigación del mercado a proveedores externos.

- Evaluar nuevas líneas de negocios potenciales junto con el jefe de marca.

- Implementar campañas en línea innovadoras, utilizando tecnología actualizada.

- Responsable principal de medios digitales y relaciones públicas de toda la empresa.

- Responsable de la imagen completa de la empresa.

- Responsable de la Comunicación Interna de la empresa.
