Misión del cargo:

El Coordinador de Operaciones en Planta será responsable de implementar, supervisar y mejorar los sistemas de producción, mantenimiento, y trazabilidad en la planta de producción.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Industrial.

Certificación en Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt o Black Belt preferido).

Certificación en Gestión de Mantenimiento (deseable).

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Paquete de Office (Excel avanzado)

- Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma.

- Gestión de almacenes y bodega.

- Uso de sistemas de planificación y control de producción (ERP, AS2 preferido).

- Experiencia trabajando con el sistema AS2 para la gestión de producción, trazabilidad y control de inventarios.

- Experiencia en la creación y manejo de sistemas de KPIs para monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento operativo.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar e implementar un sistema de turnos que asegure la trazabilidad del trabajo del personal y permita la medición de su productividad.

- Implementar estrategias para reducir el costo de mano de obra directa mediante la optimización de los recursos humanos y la creación de posiciones especializadas que aumenten la eficiencia y velocidad de las tareas.

- Establecer un sistema de mantenimiento preventivo, reactivo y predictivo para garantizar la continuidad y eficiencia de los equipos en planta.

- Implementar estas metodologías en los procesos críticos para reducir desperdicios y aumentar la productividad.

- Implementar un sistema que garantice la trazabilidad de los productos y materias primas dentro de la planta, utilizando preferentemente el sistema Wiibiq Trazabilidad.

- Implementar un sistema moderno de gestión de suministros y materiales en la bodega para asegurar el control eficiente del inventario.

- Desarrollar e implementar un sistema de control de procesos y proyectos mediante indicadores clave (KPIs) para asegurar la mejora continua.

- Crear y mantener un tablero de indicadores que evalúe el desempeño de toda la operación, con un enfoque en áreas clave como ventas, abastecimiento, mantenimiento y calidad.

- Coordinar o apoyar en las auditorías de sistemas de gestión, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares implementados.

- Asegurar que la planificación de la producción esté alineada con los recursos disponibles y las demandas del mercado, optimizando los tiempos de producción y evitando cuellos de botella.
