Misión del cargo:

Diseñar, coordinar y optimizar la cadena de suministro mediante un enfoque analítico basado en datos, asegurando una planificación eficiente del inventario, abastecimiento oportuno, rotación saludable de productos y máxima rentabilidad del portafolio, convirtiéndose en un eje estratégico para la toma de decisiones operativas y comerciales.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Ing. Operaciones.

Experiencia:

De 1 a 3 años en análisis de datos comerciales, de compras, inventario y postventa.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Planificación estratégica de inventarios

- Inteligencia analítica aplicada al negocio

- Pensamiento estructurado y sistémico

- Gestión de eficiencia operativa

- Orientación a rentabilidad por producto

- Trabajo transversal y coordinación interáreas

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Planeación de demanda y forecast

- Gestión de inventarios y rotación (partes, repuestos y producto terminado)

- Abastecimiento internacional e importaciones (partes, repuestos y producto terminado)

- Análisis de rentabilidad por producto y categoría

- Indicadores de supply chain (fill rate, rotación, cobertura, lead time)

- Excel avanzado

- Power BI avanzado

- Herramientas de análisis de datos como SQL y/o Python

- Modelamiento de datos y construcción de dashboards

- Gestión logística interna y control de bodegas

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Analizar la rotación de inventario y comportamiento de demanda para definir planes óptimos de reposición.

- Planificar compras internacionales basadas en proyecciones de ventas, cobertura y tiempos de importación.

- Diseñar y monitorear indicadores clave de cadena de suministro para garantizar eficiencia operativa.

- Desarrollar dashboards y reportes ejecutivos que soporten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

- Evaluar rentabilidad por SKU y proponer ajustes en portafolio o volúmenes de compra.

- Coordinar la recepción, almacenamiento y distribución interna asegurando orden y eficiencia logística.

- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos de abastecimiento y optimización de inventarios.
