Misión del cargo:

El Catalogador de Productos Web será responsable de gestionar y supervisar la correcta catalogación, carga y actualización de productos en la plataforma web, asegurando una experiencia de usuario óptima y alineada con las estrategias comerciales.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Marketing y Diseño, o carreras afines

Experiencia:

3 años en cargos similares

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Gestión de Proyectos Digitales

- Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos).

- Orientación a la Experiencia del Usuario (UX)

- Manejo de CMS (como WordPress, Shopify, VTex, CMS, Magento)

- Manejo de la información técnica de productos para catalogación en web

- Herramientas de analítica web (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) de preferencia

- Uso de herramientas de diseño gráfico como Photoshop o Canva (deseable) de preferencia

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Catalogar y crear productos en la plataforma, asegurando descripciones precisas, imágenes de calidad y correcta clasificación. Actualizar tarjetas de productos con información actualizada sobre características, precios, promociones y stock.

- Supervisar la carga de productos realizada por el Asistente de ecommerce, garantizando la calidad y consistencia del contenido.

- Definir y actualizar políticas de precios en la web, en alineación con las estrategias comerciales. Diseñar y supervisar estrategias de visual merchandising digital para maximizar la conversión de ventas.

- Apoyar en el desarrollo de la plataforma de marketplace para integrar productos de marcas externas. Apoyar en el desarrollo de relaciones con proveedores interesados en vender a través del marketplace. Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de la relación comercial, garantizando una correcta atención al cliente, así como una buena relación proactiva con los proveedores.

- Coordinar con el equipo de marketing la creación de contenido atractivo y relevante para la web. Gestionar banners promocionales y coordinar campañas de ventas online.

- Trabajar con los departamentos de marketing, diseño gráfico y desarrollo para garantizar que las iniciativas web estén alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
