Misión del cargo:

Ejecutar y supervisar la estrategia de Trade Marketing en los canales de venta modernos y tradicionales, asegurando una implementación efectiva de las campañas, visibilidad de las marcas en el punto de venta y cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de tercer nivel en carreras de Administración, Marketing o Economía

O carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados a gestión de marcas

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Comunicación efectiva y redacción publicitaria

- Relación con canales

- Creatividad aplicada a objetivos comerciales

- Colaboración y trabajo en equipo

- Planificación y seguimiento

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Experiencia en el Sector Alimentario

- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de campañas, planificación y análisis de KPIs de marca.

- Estrategias de Marketing

- Capacidad para redactar briefs, validar piezas gráficas y trabajar con agencias creativas.

- Buen manejo de Excel y presentaciones de marca

- Paquete de Office Intermedio.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar la estrategia de trade marketing por canal y región alineado a objetivos comerciales y prioridades de marca.

- Desarrollar e implementar planes de activación diferenciados por canal.

- Implementar planes de sell out como packs y promociones en punto de venta.

- Asegurar la correcta rotación del portafolio y evitar devoluciones.

-Elaborar planes promocionales por cliente y canal con seguimiento al ROI.

- Coordinar materiales POP, bonificaciones, exhibiciones y lanzamientos con Comercial y Marca.-Gestionar la coordinación de transporte terrestre (con el área correspondiente), de acuerdo al plan proporcionado por el área de encargada.

- Coordinar con FFVV, distribuidores y supervisores la ejecución en campo.

- Capacitar comercialmente al equipo sobre lanzamientos, portafolio y promociones.

Sueldo Estimado: $1400 + Comisiones.
