Misión del cargo:

Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener las soluciones tecnológicas que soportan la operación digital de la empresa, garantizando la eficiencia, escalabilidad y seguridad de las plataformas internas y los productos ofrecidos al cliente.

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Tecnologías de la Información.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años desarrollando productos digitales con las tecnologías indicadas.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Front-end: Flutter: construcción de interfaces responsive y móviles. JavaScript y TypeScript: desarrollo de funcionalidades dinámicas.

- Backend: Node.js: desarrollo de microservicios y APIs. Mantenimiento de módulos existentes y scripts internos.

- Bases de datos: PostgreSQL y MySQL: diseño de estructuras, queries optimizadas y mantenimiento.

- Cloud y DevOps: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Docker: despliegue, almacenamiento, bases de datos y servicios serverless.

- Consumo e integración de APIs RESTful. Control de versiones con Git. Metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).

- Herramientas de automatización (N8N)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar y desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades de productos digitales en frontend y backend.

- Documentar código, flujos y procesos técnicos de manera clara.

- Mantener integraciones con servicios cloud, APIs y entornos serverless.

- Administrar bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (PostgreSQL y MySQL).

- Optimizar el rendimiento y escalabilidad de las aplicaciones actuales.

- Asegurar buenas prácticas de seguridad, control de versiones y pruebas continuas.

- Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de diseño y producto para aterrizar nuevas funcionalidades.

- Participar activamente en sesiones de planificación, sprints y reuniones de mejora continua.

- Apoyar en la automatización de flujos internos y externos.

- Ser un pilar en la evolución tecnológica de la empresa, proponiendo nuevas soluciones y mejoras.

Sueldo: $1.500 a $1.800 fijos
