Misión del cargo:

Asesorar integralmente a los clientes en el diseño y ambientación de espacios utilizando el portafolio de productos de la tienda, generando propuestas visuales (renders), cotizaciones y seguimiento postventa, asegurando una experiencia de compra excepcional, estética y funcional.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Diseño o Arquitectura.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares. Idealmente que venga de retail de hogar o empresas de productos decorativos.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Competencias:

- Comunicación efectiva

- Sensibilidad estética y criterio de diseño

- Capacidad de asesoría comercial personalizada

- Organización y planificación

- Orientación al Cliente

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Software de diseño 2D y 3D: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion o similares para renderizado, Photoshop o Illustrator para retoques y presentaciones visuales.

- Estrategias Comerciales

- Conocimiento del catálogo de productos

- Técnicas de distribución de espacios interiores

- Manejo de Excel para elaboración de cotizaciones y presupuestos

- Manejo de CRM para gestión comercial

- Gestión de proyectos de diseño

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Recibir y atender a los clientes en tienda o por canales digitales, comprendiendo sus necesidades espaciales, decorativas y presupuestarias.

- Crear propuestas de diseño interior en formato visual (renderizado) utilizando los productos del catálogo (muebles, luminarias, decoración, etc.).

- Elaborar cotizaciones, dar seguimiento a propuestas enviadas, cerrar ventas y coordinar entrega con el área logística.

- Hacer seguimiento tras la entrega del producto, gestionar devoluciones o ajustes si fuera necesario y mantener una relación cercana con el cliente para futuras compras.

- Usar programas como AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit o similares para presentación de propuestas.

- Coordinar con equipos internos (ventas, producto, logística) para alinear objetivos. Gestionar relaciones con agencias de publicidad, medios y otros socios estratégicos.

- Trabajar en conjunto con el área de bodega, logística, marketing y administración para asegurar disponibilidad de productos y correcta comunicación del diseño.

- Asegurar una experiencia de compra memorable, con enfoque en el detalle, la estética y la funcionalidad, manteniendo un trato amable, personalizado y proactivo.
