Misión del cargo:

Diseñar piezas de papelería premium, empaques y elementos de marca, manteniendo los altos estándares estéticos y ecológicos que caracterizan a la empresa. Traduce conceptos creativos en piezas listas para producción, coordinando con el equipo de imprenta y acabados artesanales para asegurar un resultado de calidad boutique.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación o Carreras Afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico, preferiblemente con enfoque en diseño editorial/impreso.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Suite de Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Diseño editorial e impreso.

- Preprensa y preparación de archivos para imprenta.

- Materiales y acabados especiales (foil, relieve, troquelado, papeles finos).

- Diseño de empaques (packaging).

- Branding y construcción de marca.

- Tipografía y composición visual.

- Manejo de color para impresión (CMYK, Pantone).

- Herramientas de IA aplicadas al diseño (deseable).

- Excelente ortografía y redacción.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar piezas de papelería premium (invitaciones, tarjetería, empaques) alineadas a cada cliente o marca.

- Desarrollar conceptos visuales que respeten los estándares estéticos y ecológicos de la empresa.

- Preparar archivos finales listos para imprenta, considerando materiales y acabados artesanales.

- Coordinar con el equipo de producción los detalles técnicos de cada pieza.

- Participar en el desarrollo de identidad visual para clientes corporativos y de eventos.

- Mantener consistencia visual en la comunicación digital y física de la marca.

- Administrar múltiples proyectos simultáneos (bodas, marcas, temporadas) cumpliendo plazos.

- Priorizar entregas según la demanda estacional del negocio.
