Misión del cargo:

Gestionar y hacer crecer la cartera de corredores que se le asignen, liderando el proceso de cotización y consecución de nuevos negocios, así como en la renovación de los negocios actuales.

Nivel de instrucción:

Estudios Universitarios Completos en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Marketing.

Experiencia:

1 año de experiencia en intangibles o servicios financieros (de preferencia)

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca - Ambato

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Paquete de Office. Excel intermedio (manejo de tablas dinámicas)

- Análisis financiero: Básico

- Conocimiento de Seguros: Básico

- Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas y negociación: Básico

- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Recibir los compromisos y solicitud de cotización de los corredores.

- Coordinar con las diferentes líneas las cotizaciones de acuerdo con los tiempos establecidos.

- Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes

- Cumplimiento de Metas y Objetivo de la regional

- Consolidar la información y enviar la cotización a los clientes o corredores.

- Colaboración con Departamentos Internos

- Revisar la documentación, verificando que la misma esté acorde a nuestras políticas de suscripción y a lo requerido por el cliente, previo el envío a emitir.

- Administrar y coordinar con el área de Emisión, las actividades de emisión y documentos complementarios en envío de pólizas de acuerdo con los lineamientos fijados al respecto.

- Realizar seguimiento a todo el ciclo de la Cotización, y mantener actualizado su status en el sistema correspondiente, cuando éstas fueron ganadas o pérdidas, indicando las razones correspondientes.

- Tramitar requerimientos de consultas de clientes potenciales o actuales.

- Preparar y cumplir con un cronograma de visita a corredores y clientes, que permitan cumplir las metas planteadas.

- Solicitar al Bróker o Cliente una retroalimentación de las decisiones tomadas para promover oportunidades de mejora.

- Elaborar Informes de Control de la Gestión Comercial, para análisis de la Gerencia.

- Capacitación: participar del desarrollo de programas de entrenamiento

Sueldo: $800 + comisiones
