Misión del cargo:

Gestionar la comercialización de seguros vehiculares a través de concesionarios de vehículos en Ambato, posicionando los seguros como un valor agregado en la compra de los automóviles, maximizando las oportunidades de negocio y fortaleciendo la relación con los concesionarios.

Nivel de instrucción:

Estudios Universitarios Completos en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Marketing.

Experiencia:

1 año en cargos similares (de preferencia de seguros de vehículos).

Lugar de trabajo: Ambato

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Paquete de Office. Excel intermedio (manejo de tablas dinámicas)

- Relación con clientes corporativos

- Conocimiento de Seguros: Básico

- Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas y negociación: Medio

- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Identificar y generar oportunidades de negocio con concesionarios de vehículos en Ambato.

- Negociar y cerrar acuerdos con concesionarios para la inclusión de seguros vehiculares en sus paquetes de venta.

- Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes

- Cumplimiento de Metas y Objetivo de la regional (ciudad)

- Capacitar a los equipos de ventas de los concesionarios sobre los beneficios y características de los seguros ofrecidos.

- Colaboración con Departamentos Internos

- Asegurar una experiencia de cliente ágil y efectiva en la contratación de los seguros vehiculares.

- Brindar asesoría y seguimiento a los clientes que adquieren seguros vehiculares.

- Realizar seguimiento a todo el ciclo de la Cotización, y mantener actualizado su status en el sistema correspondiente, cuando éstas fueron ganadas o pérdidas, indicando las razones correspondientes.

- Tramitar requerimientos de consultas de clientes potenciales o actuales.

- Mantenerse actualizado sobre productos y tendencias del sector automotriz y asegurador.

- Elaborar Informes de Control de la Gestión Comercial, para análisis de la Gerencia.

- Capacitación: participar del desarrollo de programas de entrenamiento

Sueldo: $750 + variable
