Misión del cargo:

Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para la colocación de seguros vehiculares a través de concesionarios de vehículos en Cuenca, de manera que los seguros sean un valor añadido al momento de la venta del vehículo, incrementando la cartera de clientes y aportando al crecimiento del negocio de la empresa en la región

Nivel de instrucción:

Tercer Nivel en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Marketing o afines

Experiencia:

1 año de experiencia en intangibles o servicios financieros (de preferencia de seguros vehiculares)

Caso contrario 1 año de experiencia en ramos generales

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Paquete de Office. Excel intermedio (manejo de tablas dinámicas)

- Conocimiento del portafolio de seguros vehiculares

- Conocimiento básico de financiamiento vehicular

- Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas y negociación: Medio

- CRM y herramientas de gestión comercial

- Proceso operativo de emisión, facturación, documentación, reclamo, liquidación (deseable)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Establecer acuerdos estratégicos con los principales concesionarios de Cuenca para ofrecer seguros vehiculares como parte del proceso de venta de autos.

- Contactar y asesorar a los compradores de vehículos sobre las coberturas, beneficios y costos de las pólizas disponibles, generando cierres efectivos.

- Entrenar a los vendedores de autos en los argumentos de valor de los seguros, procesos de cotización y derivación de leads.

- Gestionar su propio embudo comercial, asegurando un flujo constante de oportunidades, cierres y seguimiento postventa

- Brindar acompañamiento a los clientes actuales, gestionar renovaciones y mantener una cartera activa y satisfecha.

- Colaboración con Departamentos Internos

- Presentar informes periódicos sobre ventas, conversión, actividades con concesionarios y posibles retos o mejoras para la estrategia local.

- Participar en ferias, charlas y eventos para fortalecer la marca y atraer nuevos clientes.

Sueldo: $700 a $800 fijos + variable
