Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Contabilidad, Economía y Finanzas, Seguros o afines.

Experiencia:

1 a 3 años de experiencia en el ámbito de seguros, administración.

Lugar de trabajo: Quito

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Manejo de Excel (Alto)

- Conocimientos en la materia del ramo de seguro de vida y asistencia médica.

- Técnicas de redacción

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Tratamiento, resolución de reclamos gestionándolos de una manera ágil y pensando siempre en los intereses del cliente, incluyendo soluciones a las negativas de reclamos.

- Realizar la facturación en base del 1 y 15 del mes, máximo 2 días de proceso y envío de facturación a los clientes durante los primeros 5 días del mes.

- Ingreso de reclamos con fecha de recepción de los documentos.

- Revisión que los reclamos estén bien liquidados. Informar a la Dirección del Departamento en caso de irregularidades importante y/o casos complejos.

- Ingreso facturas al sistema AdminSeg en los 10 primeros días del mes.

- Actualizar listados de renovación en el sistema, ingresar movimientos en el sistema no manualmente.

- Entrega de información completa y confiable a gerencia/directora.

- Ofrecer soluciones, hacer seguimiento a resolución de pendientes.
