Misión del cargo:

Garantizar un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional en la recepción del gimnasio, asegurando el correcto registro de usuarios, manejo del counter y soporte administrativo para las operaciones diarias.

Nivel de instrucción:

Administración de empresas, sociología, marketing, o carreras afines

Experiencia:

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares en gimnasios, spa, centros de estética, etc.

- Actitud proactiva y disposición para colaborar en equipo

Habilidades blandas:

- Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.

- Capacidad para inspirar y motivar a los clientes.

- Enfoque en la atención al cliente y resolución de problemas.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Dar la bienvenida a los clientes de manera cordial.

- Resolver dudas y consultas relacionadas con los servicios, promociones, y horarios del gimnasio.

- Concretar por lo menos 10 membrecías al mes.

- Registrar las entradas y salidas de clientes.

- Cobrar mensualidades, servicios adicionales o ventas de productos relacionados.

- Manejar el inventario del counter (productos de venta como agua, suplementos, etc.).

- Mantener actualizados los registros de clientes en el sistema.

- Coordinar con el área administrativa sobre pagos, ingresos y documentos requeridos.

- Controlar el acceso al gimnasio, verificando membresías activas.

- Reportar cualquier incidencia o solicitud especial de los clientes.

- Asegurar que el área de recepción y el counter estén en perfecto estado de limpieza y organización.
