Misión del cargo:

Transformar los datos de la organización en información estratégica para la toma de decisiones, desarrollando análisis, modelos predictivos y herramientas de inteligencia de negocio que permitan optimizar la planificación de la demanda, gestión de inventarios, compras, costos, logística, productividad comercial y rentabilidad del negocio, convirtiéndose en un socio clave para todas las áreas de la organización.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer Nivel en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, business intelligence, planeación de demanda, analítica comercial o cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

- Indicadores de Supply Chain.

- Costos de producción y análisis de materias primas.

- Análisis logístico y distribución.

- Inteligencia comercial y análisis de ventas.

- Diseño y automatización de reportes.

- Power BI avanzado, Excel avanzado, SQL

- Estadística aplicada.

- Herramientas de visualización de datos.

- Deseables conocimientos de Python para análisis de datos.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Desarrollar modelos de proyección de demanda que permitan mejorar la planificación comercial y productiva.

- Generar análisis predictivos para anticipar necesidades de abastecimiento e inventario.

- Analizar inventarios disponibles y en tránsito para optimizar niveles de stock.

- Generar información para la planificación de compras de materias primas y producto terminado.

- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la rotación de inventarios y reducir sobrestock o quiebres.

- Diseñar dashboards e indicadores para monitorear el desempeño de las distintas áreas de la organización.

- Automatizar reportes y procesos de generación de información.

- Generar información para el análisis de costos de producción y consumo de materias primas.

- Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia operativa y reducción de costos.

- Proveer información para el cálculo y validación de comisiones del equipo comercial.

- Generar análisis que permitan optimizar procesos logísticos, abastecimiento y distribución.

- Consolidar información proveniente de las diferentes áreas de la empresa para apoyar la toma de decisiones gerenciales.

- Convertirse en el principal referente analítico de la organización, generando información estratégica para el crecimiento del negocio.

Sueldo: $1300 - $1500 fijos
